Fast Cold Staining Using this kit avoids heating slides and breathing carbolic toxic fumes.
This staining is very quick and usable on all types of substrates (expectorations, cultures, etc.).
The sensitivity is equal to the one obtained with classical hot methods.
Mycobacteria appear pink against the blue background of the slide.

Carbol fuschin stains the mycobacteria pink.
